About Alexis Murray, MAcc

Alexis graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Information Systems with an Emphasis in Accounting. For about 7 years she has worked in a multitude of different fields in the area of accounting. She began her career in payables and billing at a global software company while going back to school to get her Masters degree in Accounting at Mercer University. 

 

Afterward she transitioned to clothing and home goods wholesale where she reconciled inventory, and transitioned them from paper to digital records for storing shipments, receipts, and payments. Alexis then moved on to treasury management in healthcare managing over 120+ bank accounts with monthly reconciliations. From there she became a corporate accountant completing full cycle accounting, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations for entities in five countries.

Now she has transitioned to helping small businesses feel empowered by knowing their financial status at all times and having a resource available to help them run their business more efficiently.  With her services, small business owners are able to focus on their day to day and continue to grow.
